Crochet Shrug, Cowl and Skirt

A couple of crochet projects that I finished recently.

Moth Wings Shrug

This pattern was created by Mimi Alelis and published in the Summer 2010 edition of Interweave Crochet.

I completed this project using Patons Touch of Ice (60% Tri-acetate, 40% Acrylic) in pale lilac.

This was an intricate pattern that required some concentration. I worked on this project over several months.

Crochet Cowl

I was recently gifted with a gorgeous ball of Trendsetter Yarns Dune (45% Mohair, 25% Acrylic, 20% Viscose, 6% New Wool, 4% Polyester) in Mauve Mousse. I used it to create this comfy cowl.

This simple and easy pattern can be whipped up in an afternoon. It was created by Virginia Fynes and is available on her website Fynes Designs.

Salsa Skirt

This pattern was created by Doris Chan and published in the Spring 2013 edition of Interweave Crochet

I completed this project using Cleckheaton 100% Bamboo in Rose.

This was an intricate pattern that required some concentration. It works up quickly and was completed over a weekend.
